How to register

Register online, call the Loveland Museum at 970-962-2410, or visit the Museum’s front desk. Please read the registration policy. Register for Classes Museum members: Log in with the email address connected to your membership to receive your discount.
Gift certificates and class credits cannot be redeemed online. Call the Museum to redeem them.

Class details

Ages: 8-12
Cost: $65 for non-members or $52 for Museum members
Location: The Museum’s Beet Education Center, 201 E. 5th St.
Time: 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

School’s out. Bring your imagination! Try different art materials, experiment with new ideas and make a variety of projects in these three-hour workshops. Bring a light lunch and a water bottle.

Dino Day

Monday, Dec. 21, 2026 Combine your love of art and dinosaurs by learning how to break down complex creatures into simple shapes, paint your own dino with chalk pastels, and create fossil footprints. Instructed by: Shelby Lynne Bledsoe

Drawing People

Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2026 Through step‑by‑step techniques, learn to break hands, feet, and faces into simple shapes and practice quick sketching from live poses. Perfect for young artists ready to draw people with accuracy and ease. Instructed by: Shelby Lynne Bledsoe Perspective Drawing Monday, Dec. 28, 2026 Perspective doesn’t have to be daunting! Landscape Drawing

Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2026 Dive into the world of landscape drawing and painting! Draw inspiration from famous landscape paintings and use various media to learn how to create your own delightful compositions. Instructed by: Shelby Lynne Bledsoe

Registration policy

We depend on your enrollment for a successful class. Please review your schedule before registering. Canceling your registration If you need to cancel, call the Museum at 970-962-2410 at least five business days before the class. You may choose to:

Transfer to another class
Keep a credit for a future class
Receive a refund

If you cancel without calling the Museum or do not attend the class, you will forfeit your registration fee. Please allow two weeks for refund checks to be processed. Cash refunds are not available.

Classes canceled by the Museum The Museum may cancel classes, including those that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement.
