How to register

Register online, call the Loveland Museum at 970-962-2410, or visit the Museum’s front desk. Please read the registration policy. Register for Classes Museum members: Log in with the email address connected to your membership to receive your discount.
Gift certificates and class credits cannot be redeemed online. Call the Museum to redeem them

Class details

Ages: 12-15
Cost: $40 for non-members or $32 for Museum members, per teen, per class
Location: The Museum’s Beet Education Center, 201 E. 5th St.
Time: 2-4:30 p.m.

What will you create? Explore your creativity outside of school in a fun, welcoming classroom. Try new materials and techniques, build on your skills and connect with other teens who enjoy making art.

The Museum provides all art supplies unless the class description notes otherwise. Bring your imagination!

Classes

Tree of Life

Monday, Dec. 21, 2026 Discover Gustav Klimt’s “Tree of Life”; as you use a mixture of collage and paint to create your own versions of his famous Art Nouveaux painting. Instructed by: Shelby Lynne Bledsoe

Figure Drawing

Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2026 Learn to block and shade a clothed figure, judge proportions, and study how clothing is affected by the body as you learn the basics of figure drawing. Instructed by: Shelby Lynne Bledsoe

Oils for Beginners

Monday, Dec. 28, 2026

No experience? No problem! Learn about materials and basic techniques in this oil painting class for absolute beginners.

Registration policy

We depend on your enrollment for a successful class. Please review your schedule before registering. Canceling your registration If you need to cancel, call the Museum at 970-962-2410 at least five business days before the class. You may choose to:

Transfer to another class
Keep a credit for a future class
Receive a refund

If you cancel without calling the Museum or do not attend the class, you will forfeit your registration fee. Please allow two weeks for refund checks to be processed. Cash refunds are not available.

Classes canceled by the Museum

The Museum may cancel classes, including those that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. Class cancellation decisions are made at least three days before the class. Register for Classes
