Groups & Tours
The Loveland Museum is dedicated to offering outreach, tours, group discount rates, field trips, and supplemental lessons for groups to learn more about our exhibits.
Groups
Groups should contact our front desk by calling or filling out the online form and indicating “Self-Guided Visit – Requesting Group Fee” to let us know when you plan to visit. Your group may qualify for a Main Gallery discount. A Main Gallery discount of $4.00 per person is available for groups that meet the following criteria:
- 10 or more visitors in the group
- Fees paid in one transaction
*Note: Groups wanting a guided tour must fill out more information on the form. Groups booked on a “Museum Free Day” will not be charged, but are still encouraged to let us know about their group visit.
Tours
- Groups may request a self-guided tour or a staff-guided tour. Staff-guided tours must be requested at least 10 days in advance and will depend on availability of staff. Guided tours can cover current art exhibitions, local history, or a combination of both. Please fill out the tour request form as detailed as possible when requesting a tour or self-guided materials.
*Note:

Virtual Offerings
Virtual History Lessons from the Museum
It was a long-time goal of the Loveland Museum to provide online educational content for parents and teachers. One good thing that came from a closure in 2020, was time to further develop these materials.
There are many online resources for homeschooling and arts education, but when it comes to local relevance as it relates to curriculum and learning, we feel we have a vast amount of resources to share.
The Loveland Museum has created a series of quick lessons designed to provide basics on a topic important to our local history. These lessons have been compiled by staff and volunteers at the Loveland Museum. Suggested activities give ideas for hands-on learning and are not intended to be all-inclusive. Other resource links may also be provided in some sections for additional online learning. We apologize in advance for any broken links.
